Scope
These Terms of Sale (ToS) apply to all subscriptions to the services offered by the DILAIG platform, published by DILAIG, between any professional (hereinafter "the Client") and DILAIG (hereinafter "the Provider").
Any subscription to a DILAIG plan implies full and unconditional acceptance of these ToS. The Client declares to be acting as a professional within the meaning of applicable consumer law. These ToS prevail over any document issued by the Client.

Subscription and contract formation
Subscriptions are taken out exclusively online via the DILAIG platform. The contract is formed upon payment validation and the sending of the subscription confirmation email to the Client.
DILAIG reserves the right to refuse or terminate any access in the event of non-compliance with these ToS.
Pricing and payment terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly, by automatic direct debit via our secure payment provider (Stancer).
Term and termination
Subscriptions are entered into for an indefinite period, automatically renewed at each due date. The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard, with effect at the end of the current period.
Upon termination, the Client's data is retained for 30 days then deleted, unless otherwise required by law.
Availability and service levels
DILAIG commits to maintaining platform availability of 99.5% per month, excluding planned maintenance notified with 48 hours' notice.
Limitation of liability

DILAIG is a compliance assistance tool. Analyses and documents generated do not constitute legal advice and shall not give rise to DILAIG's liability if compliance decisions are made solely on their basis.
DILAIG's liability is limited to direct damages and the amounts actually paid by the Client during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
Data ownership
The Client retains ownership of all data entered on the platform. DILAIG acts as a data processor under the GDPR for the processing of such data. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request at hello@dilaig.com.
Governing law and disputes
These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings.
Refund policy
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of a charge, including an initial subscription payment or a renewal. Requests are reviewed individually; submitting a request within this period does not guarantee approval.
To request a refund, email hello@dilaig.com with the email address used for your purchase and your transaction reference. Where available, you may also use the support link in your payment receipt.
Purchases handled by a payment provider or merchant of record are also subject to that company's applicable refund terms, made available during checkout or in your receipt. Those terms may provide additional refund rights.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank. Access to paid features covered by a refunded subscription period ends when that refund takes effect.
Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. It does not automatically result in a refund. You retain access until the end of that period unless it is refunded.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable law, including any applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty or misdescribed services. Such rights may apply beyond the request period stated above.
