Is the inventory really free on every plan?

Yes. The inventory is available on every plan. Free lets you assess and classify systems without a limit. Subscriptions cover new systems within their quota: Essential 1, Pro 2 and Business 10 per month; re-audits of covered systems are included.

Do I need to create a record manually for each system?

No- every audit automatically creates or updates the corresponding record. You can audit as many systems as you need.

Does the inventory replace the official EU database registration?

No. For providers of high-risk systems, registration in the EU database (Art. 49) remains a separate, mandatory step. The DILAIG inventory is your internal governance tool, not the official register.

Can I export the inventory data?
